Returns and Refund Policy

Important: All GAVORI products are custom-made, print-on-demand items. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
1. Custom-Made Products
Every product in our store is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order nature, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour differences due to screen calibration.
This exemption is communicated clearly during checkout and must be acknowledged before placing an order.
2. When We Do Accept Returns
Despite the custom-made exemption, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly resolve the following issues:
2.1 Defective Products
If your print has a manufacturing defect (incorrect printing, colour bleeding, misalignment, damage to the print surface), we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
2.2 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
2.3 Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will send the correct product at no cost or issue a full refund.
3. How to Report an Issue
To request a replacement or refund, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage
We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
4. Resolution
Once we confirm the issue, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Free replacement: We reprint and ship a new product at no charge.
- Full refund: We refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.
There is no restocking fee for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
5. Returning Products
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective product. Photographs are sufficient to process your claim.
If we do request a return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account (typically 1β3 business days)
- SEPA Bank Transfer: Refund to the original bank account (typically 3β5 business days)
7. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Although our custom-made products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we provide the following model withdrawal form in accordance with Annex I(B) of the Directive for your information:

Note: As all our products are custom-made to order, withdrawal requests may not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. See Sections 2β4 above for our defect and damage resolution process.
