1. Made to Order

All GAVORI products are custom-made, print-on-demand items. Each piece is printed after your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and minimising waste. Because of this, please allow additional time for production before shipping.

2. Production Time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), production may take up to 7 business days.

3. Where We Ship From

Your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you:

  • United Kingdom orders β€” printed and shipped from the UK
  • EU orders β€” printed and shipped from the Netherlands (Venlo, near the German border)

This means a German customer's order is produced just across the border in the Netherlands, and a UK customer's order never leaves the country.

4. Delivery Times

Total time from order to delivery = production time (2–5 days) + shipping time. For example, a UK order typically arrives within 5–12 business days of placing the order.

5. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on:

  • UK orders over Β£75 / €75
  • EU orders over €100
  • Nordic / Baltic orders over €150

This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total.

6. Shipping Costs

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.

The final price includes a small environmental fee (€0.50) and shipping insurance. For heavier orders, a per-kilogram surcharge applies. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

8. Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are beyond our control.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.
  • Damage in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong item: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

10. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, uncollected), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
